The hotel is perfectly tucked away on a safe, quiet street right next to the harbour but a minutes walk to the old town, restaurants and markets.
Breakfast is served on the exquisitely picturesque roof terrace until a …
Beautiful hotel with friendly and professionell personell.
Clean rooms fantastic service, 24 hours reception. Everything was clear, daily room service with fresh bedsheets, blankets and towels was offered.
Nice restaurant/bar at the top floor, the food is tasty the wine is good!
The location is also nice, as the hotel is close to a lot of restaurants but also to the historic old part of the town where all the buzz is. At the same time it is far away enough to not be noisy.
Very reasonably priced for a full service luxury experience. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the staff overly accommodating! The rooms were well appointed, including in room hair dryer! There is a Michelin star restaurant next door which is a must try! The rooftop restaurant for breakfast offers beautiful city views. The location of the hotel is in the heart of everything to see but on a slightly more quiet side street which is a treat after a busy day in all the hustle of downtown Palermo. We stayed in room 201 which was a queen bed room with a private terrace. It was perfect for two people.
Breakfast is a real highlight from our stay here, great selection of food, excellent coffee and nice scenery with the roof top location. Again excellent location, a 10 mins walk from the Quattro Canti. The shower was the major downside however in my opinion. Water didn't drain very fast and meant you had to either run it at very low pressure or turn it off during washing in order to let the water drain or else flood the bathroom. I explained this to reception but the problem wasn't resolved. The staff didn't want to refill water bottles with tap water which is a little bit of a downer as well. It wasn't explained why either. Maybe a water refilling station at the bar/breakfast area would be a great addition. No iron in room, for a four star hotel i feel this should be a given. Would I stay here again? On reflection yes but only if it was for the same price.

Stayed here 2 nights whilst traveling around Sicily..perfect spot , walking distance for everything. Fabulous breakfast terrace, breakfast lovely. Spacious room ..everything good, lovely staff, really enjoyed staying here .
Would definitely recommend to friends.
Hotel looks great on the outside but the rooms could do with updating. Location is okay adequately close enough the the hustle and bustle but far enough to get a quiet night. staff were so helpful and kind.
Shower was very poor however and not much to say on the double beds which were in fact two singles pushed together. The room was big.
Hotel located in a strategic position with regards one of the most ancient neighborhoods of this spectacular city whose paradox and contradictions are peculiar aspects of her beauty. Room was spacious as well as the bathroom and mostly quiet. Cleanliness has been also appreciated. Staff on a whole very courteous and efficient. For sure my favorite spot for future stays. Bravo!
Good location near the harbour and only a 5 minute walk through to the Garden Garibaldi and onto the main street in Palermo. The trouble with this being that the street in front of the hotel can be busy and noisy so if you want quiet ask …
